Terms And Conditions

• Preferred methods of communication are email or SMS.
• Payment by cash or bank transfer please, by the end of the day of the session.
• I am understanding that illness happens and that life sometimes throws unexpected events our way. As a guideline, this is what I think is mutually fair in terms of tutoring attendance:
• If a tutoring session is cancelled on the morning of the session, there will be no charge for the cancelled session.
• If a session is cancelled after noon on the day of your session, there will be a £15 charge for the cancelled session.
• The viability of the continuation of the service will be in question if there are repeated cancellations.
